Encompassing a vast 13-acre expanse, the mall aims to cater to diverse market segments within the city, showcasing a wide range of apparel brands, from trendy streetwear to high-end fashion labels.
To enhance its appeal, the mall plans to feature an ‘Eco Earth’ section adorned with natural flora, creating a tranquil environment and picturesque spots for selfies.
According to the mall’s Facebook announcement, the design concept exudes opulence with “champagne interiors, elegant grey marble floors, and shimmering crystal elements.”

This venture follows their recent accomplishments, including the impressive Phoenix Mall of the Millennium, their second mall in Pune sprawling over 16 acres.
History of Phoenix Mills Ltd.
For unversed, as per the official LinkedIn page, the foundation of The Phoenix Mills Ltd. Was laid by the visionary entrepreneur Mr. Ramnarayan Ruia in 1905, when Phoenix embarked on its journey as a textile manufacturing company.
In 1959, Phoenix was listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), and in 1986, two prime commercial centers, Phoenix House and Phoenix Center, with a combined area of over 350 thousand square feet, became operational.
Following the success of these commercial ventures, High Street Phoenix (HSP) was introduced in 1987 as the flagship consumption hub, housing retail, entertainment, residential, and office complexes.
In 1996, the group ventured into the residential sector by constructing the first multi-storied Phoenix residential towers on Phoenix Mills’ land. In 2004, the group announced the launch of the multi-storied Skyzone, featuring anchor stores from various national and international brand retailers.

After celebrating its grand centenary in 2005, East Court, a commercial property in Pune, was launched in 2009.
The super luxury iconic mall, Palladium, located in Mumbai, made its debut in 2010. The geographical expansion commenced with the launch of three Phoenix Market Cities in Pune, Bengaluru, and Kurla in 2011.
