People Are Told COVID Is Fake, Treated Like Slaves At BharatPe Claim Alleged Ex-Employees On Glassdoor 

While the veracity of the reviews can’t be ascertained, alleged ex-employees of BharatPe have revealed how the company functions on Glassdoor

Over the last couple of years, reports have persistently done the rounds of the way in which Ashneer Grover, the Founder of BharatPe runs the company. And they have far from been favorable for him or the fintech with almost every talking about how employees are mistreated and abused with many hitting out at Ashneer’s decadent personality.

While what really transpired at the company is something which is yet to be ascertained, Grover’s recent appearance on the Shark Tank India, Sony TV show further gave merit to those claims. Grover has been widely lambasted since the show has aired on Indian television with people livid with his abhorrent comments and persistent lashing out at contestants.

In the midst of all this, an alleged audio went viral on social media platforms, one claiming to be of Ashneer abusing and giving death threats to a Kotak Mahindra Bank employee. While the BharatPe supremo has since gone onto deny his involvement in the audio, claiming it was fabricated to blackmail him, an old report of him sending a legal notice to Kotak Mahindra Bank for missing share allocation in Nykaa’s IPO has come to light.

Twitter has also seen Glassdoor reviews of people who claim to be ex-employees of BharatPe go viral owing to their horrid nature. While the veracity of the reviews can’t be ascertained, they go onto talk about how people at BharatPe are told COVID is fake with no norms ingrained to combat the spread of the pandemic.

They also talk about the company persistently cutting the salaries of people who have contracted the disease with many revealing employees are treated like slaves.
