While its unclear as to what was the motive behind ingraining the link in the article on AIFF D Level license courses, it won’t be the most surprising if the AIFF has decided to dish out a new special training program in Dubai. Given how utterly out of their depth the AIFF’s hierarchy are at times, the think tank at the governing council is yet to offer any kind of explanation on the link.
