Hart Memorial Trophy
The Hart Memorial Trophy is awarded to the player deemed as the “most valuable” player to his team all season. The NHL announced the following three names for the trophy on May 7:

- Nikita Kucherov, RW, Lightning
Vezina Trophy
The NHL awards the Vezina Trophy to the player considered as the best goaltender in the league. The league announced the following finalists for the award on April 29:
- Sergei Bobrovsky, G, Panthers
- Thatcher Demko, G, Canucks
- Connor Hellebuyck, G, Jets
James Norris Trophy
The James Norris Trophy is one of the league’s oldest awards and is given to the game’s best defensive player. The NHL revealed the following finalists for the award on May 1:

- Roman Josi, D, Predators
- Cale Makar, D, Avalanche
Calder Trophy
The NHL awards the Calder Trophy to the league’s top rookie. They announced the following finalists on April 30:

Ted Lindsay Award
The Ted Lindsay Award is arguably the most coveted award of the league, and it goes to the Most Outstanding Player in the NHL. The members of the NHLPA will vote for the winner based on the following nominees announced on May 8:
