PSG suffered a big blow before their UEFA Champions League clash with German side RB Leipzig. Brazilian star Neymar is ruled out of the match and is not in the squad. PSG won their last UCL game against Manchester City as Lionel Messi scored his first goal for his new club. Neymar suffered an abductor muscle injury during the international break and was expected to return against Leipzig.

In 18 games played for PSG, Neymar scored 9 times and assisted 5 times. Furthermore, he has already missed 4 games this season back in August as he was not completely fit. As of now, Neymar has scored only one goal and assisted twice this season in 5 games played.

The French team will be missing some of their important players for the next UCL game. Ramo’s debut is still on hold for PSG as the defender is suffering from calf problems. Argentinean midfielder Leonardo Paredes will also miss the game and is out for at least a month. Angel Di Maria is suspended as he was shown a red card this is his 3rd match of suspension.
