Heading into the tournament, teams like UConn, defending champion South Carolina and UCLA are the top contenders this year.
Women’s March Madness 2025 bracket
The NCAA will reveal all the bracket details and matchups on Selection Sunday, March 16. 32 teams, featuring conference champions, will receive automatic bids, while the NCAA selection committee will choose the other 36 picks. A total of 68 teams will compete in the tournament.
