What Exactly Happened in Chapter 10
As All Might makes his way through the structure, he muses to himself that he should employ “that” Quark if, as he takes more damage, his body rewinds to a faster speed. At the chapter’s conclusion, we learn the significance of his remarks. To this day, I still assume he was referring to another student’s Quirk, specifically Izuku’s or Bakugo’s.
Since AFO’s body was severely injured during his struggle with All Might seven years ago, Yujika was able to reverse-engineer Eri’s Quark and provide him a one-time use that rewinds his body. Given that AFO started off as a centenarian, he is perilously near to reverting to his original age.
In a later scene, All Might explains that Koda’s energy source is the problem and calls upon two bird robots named Anima; nonetheless, as All Might tries to escape AFO by running between two buildings, AFO eventually catches up to him.

He tells All Might that he is nearly spent, but he insists that he use even more energy so that he can rewind time more quickly, and that he feels like he is going to kill him if he puts in even a little bit of effort. He unleashes what some people call a Tendral Quark and uses it to strike All Might with his Blade Quark.
All Might, however, used a device similar to a Jet Repulsion to get away. After that, AFO had these huge mouths, reminiscent of 1990s graffiti art, to throw in his face. Obviously, he is making him out of the Tenril thing, but I have no idea what he is doing here.
During the last battle of season three, All Might covers the amber of AFO with a black storm, which we later pierce through to reach his brain. Now there is no light, and of course, this is related to what AFO claims, which is that his light has long since disappeared. In this context, “light” refers mostly to the OFA Quark but also has other meanings.
