The emote comes from an Italian betting streamer. Although it’s unclear whether the streamer or a fan is intentionally inflating the emote’s popularity. In any case, it appears that admirers of the streamer utilise it to express their joy. Much like the standard smiling emoticon.

This article features Forsen’s face, which is currently one of the internet’s most popular memes. Its number one position, however, was not attained by ordinary means.
