West Ham and Ajax have agreed an agreement to buy Mohammed Kudus. The agreement is worth roughly £38 million (€44.5 million) including add-ons.

West Ham will make an initial payment of €41.5m (£35.59m) and performance-based add-ons of €3m (£2.57m). According to reports, Tim Steidten, the technical director of West Ham, is currently on the road in Bulgaria with Kudus.
The contract details between West Ham and the Dutch team, including Kudus’ remuneration, are still being worked out. If the Premier League team completes this agreement, the player might earn a possible annual salary of close to $1.6 million to $1.9 million. This sum can be calculated using Kudus’ salary with his current squad, Ajax. Currently, the player is worth close to $39 million.

Mohammed Kudus has participated in 65 games for the Eredivisie team since joining in 2020. 17 goals and 8 assists are the player’s totals throughout this time. For the Dutch team, Kudus has played in six Europa League games and scored four goals. In the Champions League, the midfielder has four goals to his credit. The footballer scored two goals in three games for Ghana at the FIFA World Cup 2022.

Kudus and Ajax agreed to a five-year contract in July 2020. The club paid him over $9.7 million for his services. Kudus was bought by the Danish team FC Nordsjaelland. His current contract with the team expires in June 2025.
It is estimated that Kudus makes $1.4 million a year at Ajax. He receives a salary of $117k each month. These numbers indicate that the player is making about $29.5k each week. These numbers would only increase if Kudus successfully joins Premier League team West Ham United.
