Donald Wynn Williams, a mixed martial artist who saw George Floyd brutally murdered and later testified against former police officer Derek Chauvin’s trial, has been charged with domestic assault after allegedly trying to choke his ex-girlfriend and striking her in the face following an altercation near the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.

The 34-year-old Minnesota man is accused of attempting to elude capture and threatening to murder the St. Paul police officers who made the first allegation of domestic violence. He was apprehended after a domestic abuse call.
