Middlesbrough Rein In Chris Wilder After Neil Warnock Is Axed

The English managerโ€™s tenure of 5 years at Sheffield United came to an end in March this year, and now Wilder will look to help the Boro who are currently placed 14th in the Championship. But the club is just four points away from securing a seat in the play-off places.

Wilder directed Oxford out of the Conference in 2010 and even managed to win League Two with Northampton in 2016. However, his most impressive managerial achievement till now will be when he guided Sheffield to advance into the Premier League and making them stay there for one whole season.

During his stint at Sheffield, Wilder won 106 of his 227 matches and had kept the club in the top-flight during their first season.
