After days of intense competition at the 2023 Men’s Hockey Junior Asia Cup, India will play against rivals Pakistan in Thursday’s final with the schedule out
On Thursday, India will face-off against arch-rivals Pakistan in the 2023 Men’s Hockey Junior Asia Cup final. In their previous clash few days ago, India settled for 1-1 draw after failing to convert their goal scoring opportunities and hence, experts predict yet another intense contest in the final.

2023 Men’s Hockey Junior Asia Cup India vs Pakistan final schedule, date, venue, semi-final results, & scores
On Wednesday, both semi-final matches of the 2023 Men’s Hockey Junior Asia Cup were played with India clashing against South Korea in the first semi-final. Thanks to their offensive masterclass, India established humongous 6-0 lead before the beginning of fourth quarter. Although Malaysia managed to score their first goal, India continued their attack and finished the match with score of 9-1 in their favor. For India, Dhami Boby bagged three goals and improved his goal tally at the tournament to six.
In the other semi-final, Malaysia held slim 1-0 lead till the 42nd minute before Pakistan’s barrage of attacks rattled Malaysian defense. Ultimately, Pakistan won the match 6-2 and secured their berth in the final, where India will be their opponent. Till now, both India and Pakistan have stayed unbeaten in the tournament and thrashed any opponent in their path with superb attacking play.
