The abilities of each of the heroes who can be controlled are listed below:
- Mario: Mario, one of the most well-known media characters of all time, is versatile. He is skilled in every field and has a fire elemental affinity. It is known that he uses fireballs as one of his weapons.
- Luigi: In this game, bigger Mario and more sassy younger brother—use a ranged attack. He receives a bow and arrow set with a lightning-related elemental affinity. He has demonstrated the ability to stun adversaries with his area-of-effect skills.
- Peach: Peach will once more play a heroic role in healing. Any squad will need her support abilities because she can protect her comrades from harm and keep them healthy.
- Rabbid Mario: Only in terms of appearance, the Rabbid version of Mario seems to be a copycat.
- Rabbid Luigi: With his cap on backwards and sarcastic remarks, Luigi’s Rabbid counterpart is equally as fiery.
- Peach has a Rabbid cosplayer of her own. With their complementary defensive and healing skills, they are unlike any other duo.
- Rosalina has not yet been revealed for the game, although a Rabbid clone will show up.
- Edge: Compared to the other heroes, Edge has a completely distinct personality.
- Bowser enters the battle as a tough hero. He has a massive cannon with him that he uses to drive adversaries away.
