Kochu Preman’s Family And Education
Kochu Preman had 6 siblings. He completed his primary education at a Government school, Peyad. Later on, he finished his college education at Mahatma Gandhi College, based in Thiruvananthapuram. Further, Premkumar worked in the drama troupes such as Kalidasa Kalakendram, Kerala Theaters, and Sangha Chethana.
Preman married his love of life, the cine-serial actress Girija Preman in 1984. They together had a son named P. G. Harikrishnan.
Kochu Preman Professional Career
In 1996, Preman debuted in the Malayalam movie Dilliwala Rajakumaran and he adopted the stage name Kochu Preman because he believed that his name suits his short stature. He has been a part of almost 250 films in his career and most of these films were made in Malayalam. He appeared in numerous films and few of them are:

Kochu Preman died on the 3rd of December 2022, at the age of 67 years in his hometown Thiruvananthapuram, Kerela. and he was suffering from a lung-related issue prior to his death. Celebrities like Aju Varghese and Prithviraj have paid tribute to Kochu on social media.
