The award features a list of notably previous winners including the likes of Kylian Mbappe, Jude Bellingham and Pedri.

Kopa Trophy

The Kopa Trophy is an annual prize that co-organisers UEFA and France Football give to the best under-21 soccer player in the previous season. The winner is chosen on a jury voting system with any player outside of Europe eligible for the trophy. The award is named after Raymond Kopa, who is a former Real Madrid and France star that notably won the Ballon d’Or back in 1958.

French star Kylian Mbappe won the inaugural edition of the Kopa Trophy, which took place in 2018, following the World Cup win. Meanwhile, Jude Bellingham was the last winner of the trophy. Given below is the full list of past winners:

The 2024 Kopa Trophy will take place on Monday, October 28, 2024 at the Theatre du Chatelet in Paris, France. The awards ceremony is set to begin at around 8 p.m. local time (2 p.m. ET)/12:30 a.m. IST.
