Jakub Kiwior, full name Jakub Piotr Kiwior was born on 15 February 2000 in Tychy, Poland. He is a Polish football player who is currently in the process of joining Arsenal from Spezia.

Back in a recent interview, Kiwior’s fellow Polish Robert Lewandowski described him as an “extraordinary” player. The remark speaks volumes of Kiwior, considering the fact that Lewandowski has played alongside talented players at Borussia Dortmund, Bayern Munich, and Barcelona.

The Barcelona No.9 reportedly stated:

Listen to me, this is a real player. I noticed it during the warm-up before the match against the Netherlands. In training, it’s very difficult to see certain things. I asked, ‘but who is he?’ Then I saw him in the match, extraordinary. Really great potential.

Jakub Kiwior is currently 22 years old and stands at a height of 1.89 m or 6 ft 2 in.

Salary

While at Spezia, Kiwior earned a weekly salary of £2,189. As of now however, his Arsenal wages have not been disclosed.

Career and stats

Although Jakub Kiwior has had only a short career so far, he hasn’t failed to impress everyone with his talents. The young defender stands at around 6 ft 2 in, and has proven himself to be a very versatile player.

Kiwior can play as a defensive midfielder or a left-back. However, his best position is in the left centre-back position. There, he gets to utilize his stronger left foot to his advantage.
