The 4th season started its production back in February 2022, with the crew spotted filming in Dubrovnik, Croatia. The earlier seasons have taken about 18 months to appear on Amazon after production has begun, so we would expect to be able to watch Jack Ryan season 4 in mid to late 2023.

The CIA agent Jack will of course be back for its 4th season. Moreover, this is likely to be his final mission as it has been reported that star John Krasinski’s original contract was for only 4 seasons.
“We actually shot its season 3 and season 4 back to back for almost straight 3 years trying to make this show. I don’t know if this is the last time I’ll play this character… I might just do it tonight in my living room, just to keep it going! John stated.
In May of 2022, Deadline reported that Amazon has confirmed that season 4 would be the last, spin-offs were already planned, including one starring Michael Pena. Pena, who is well known for his roles in Narcos: Mexico and Ant-Man, will join the season- 4 cast as being the character Ding Chavez, a character well-known to readers of the Clancy novels.
