Magic Johnson took to Twitter to talk about how he was distraught after seeing Anthony Davis and Dwight Howard fight

Los Angeles Lakers are certainly not the outfit everyone envisaged them to be prior to the onset of the 2021 season.

The side has been anything but the force it was reckoned to be after the hoard of players the side roped in ahead of the new season. The club’s preseason form alluded towards the team’s dreary form with the unit falling to six defeats.

That laggard form has continued into the season as well with the side losing both of its opening games. However, more than the side’s horrendous form, what makes for real cause of concern is the infighting within the setup with Anthony Davis and Dwight Howard almost landing blows on each other.

The Staples Center saw Howard and Davis push and shout at each other on the Lakers bench with people rushing in to break up the fracas. While Howard and Davis both went onto underplay what had transpired with both talking about how they had made up with each other, its clear that things are far from hunky dory within the Lakers camp.

And Lakers legend, Magic Johnson was amongst one of the many Lakers supporters who were left in angst at what happened. He took to Twitter to talk about how he had never seen what had transpired during his career and how the Lakers needed to get their house in order both on the court and away from it.

The Lakers were decimated by the Suns who defeated them 115-105 in a lopsided contest on the day.
