In the process of taking the top podium, the 21-year-old smashed the world record set by China’s Sheng Lihao in the 10m air rifle competition at the last Asian Games. In the final match, Divyansh scored 253.7, only slightly higher than Sheng’s 253.3 from Hangzhou.

After winning gold in Munich, Beijing, and Delhi in 2019, Divyansh, 21, achieved his fourth World Cup gold. Although Arjun Banuta also qualified for the final, he came in sixth. Ujjawal Malik also bagged gold in the piston event.
