Zendaya fans took a gasp yesterday when a picture of the actress with Suicide Squad actress, Margot Robbie surfaced on the internet with many speculating she was in the Barbie movie
The image was shared on Twitter and quickly spread across all social media platforms. The two actresses are seen donning pink attire on the set of Greta Gerwigโs upcoming movie โBarbie’ with the caption โZENDAYA AND MARGOT ROBBIE?!!?โ

The movie is to be released in 2023, starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling. However, with this picture, speculations were made about Zendaya having a role in the movie while Robbie and Gosling announced their parts on social media.
It took some eagle eyed fans to point out that the image is actually photoshopped. Zendaya’s loyal fans hilariously commented on the inaccuracies of the picture. One of them wrote, โThey really put the effort to photoshop pink eyeshadow on Zendaya.โ Another one commented, โ Thanks for the lol. But whereโs her feet? The goddess is either legless or floatingโ. The third fan wrote, โNot you using Zendaya stepping out of Valentino as an โon the set of โBarbieโ shotโ.โ
Zendaya’s original image was taken on March 6th, 2022 while she was walking out of Valentino Womenswear Fall/Winter 2022-23 Paris Fashion Week. She was dressed up in pink from head to toe in a pink blazer and pants with dramatic eye makeup.
Yet the picture has been able to fool many people on social media and has gained 383k likes and over 18k retweets. The speculations were confirmed to be false, ensuring that Zendaya will not be playing any part in the movie after the 25-year-old actress, tweeted, โSee now, this is why I stay off Twitter. Just making stuff up for no reasonโฆweekly.โ
This is not the first time the Euphoria star has had rumors circling about her. She was recently rumored to be pregnant with the Spider-Man star, Tom Holland, whom she has been dating for a while now.
