India’s women’s Twenty-20 squad for the 2019 series against South Africa includes Shafali Verma. While on this tour, Shafali Verma made history by becoming the youngest Indian player to appear in a Twenty20 International. In addition to receiving her maiden central contract from BCCI, Shafali Verma was named for India’s squad for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in Australia.
