All About New Feature Notes
The new feature of the photo-sharing app allows users to post short messages which will appear for around 24 hours.
The latest feature of the platform is titled Notes, making users go gaga over it as it’s a new way to send short messages in a more casual way.
The message also doubles in a way as a 24-hour status, if one’s followers or friends don’t reply.
Let us remind you, the feature appears on a reel in your inbox, between the search bar and direct messages. To view all received notes, users need to scroll through by swiping sideways.
For those who are unsure, let us tell you, Notes are only accessible between those people who follow back each other. As Meta claims, the users will receive the 60-character message in their inbox of Notes, which will appear for 24 hours only.
How to Send Notes?
For those who are unfamiliar about how to send the Notes, let us tell you, first of all a user needs to go to their DM’s which is present on the top right corner of the app.
Following that, users will find ‘Leave A Note,’ one need to click on that option and start typing their message.
After you’re done typing, you can send it to whoever you want to, but remember, you can only send to the person who’s your follower and you also follow back.
In an earlier interview, the brand explained more about the feature, as it stated, “Notes give people a casual and spontaneous way to express themselves and connect with each other.”
