The King’s Cup
The King’s Cup is an annual international football tournament, which takes place in Thailand, and is organized by the Football Association of Thailand. The inaugural edition of the tournament took place in 1968 and the hosts, Thailand, take part in every edition. Ever since its first edition, it has taken place every year except in 1983, 1985, 2008, 2011, 2014, 2020 and 2021.

The upcoming King’s Cup 2023 will follow a direct knockout format featuring just four teams playing against each other. Two teams will play against each other following which the winners will compete in the finals while the losers will compete in the 3rd place match.
