The cricket season in India continues to find impressive ways to keep the young talent in their best form and this time through the Men’s U19 One-Day Challenger Trophy 2023, know more about the schedule, date and players

The excitement is building up for cricket fans as the IDFC First Bank Men’s U19 One-Day Challenger Trophy is set to take place in Guwahati from November 3 to November 9, 2023. Organized by the Junior Cricket Committee.

The tournament features four teams, India A, India B, India C, and India D, each comprising promising young cricketers from various regions of the country. 

The following are the squad lists:

India A, led by captain Saumy Kumar Pandey, S. A. Yadav, Innesh Mahajan, Sanyog Bhagwath, Raj Limbani, Umar Khan, Ansh Gosai, Md. Amaan, Ronit Patel, Kiran Chormale, Madhava Prasad, Sohan Jamale, Nischith Pai to enhance their momentum at the early stages.

Meanwhile, India B, under the captaincy of Musheer Khan, has a strong contingent representing various cricket associations, along with Vaibhav Suryavanshi, Aravelly Avanish Rao, Aaradhya Shukla, Praval Pratap Singh, V. S. Karthick Manikandan, Varun Singh Bhuie, Md. Ali, Govind Pai, Digvijay Patil, Andre Siddharth, Vikas Sharma, Sahil Sharma, Yudhajit Guha will make it an impactful side.

India C, includes Adarsh Singh, Yashu Pradhan, Dheeraj Goud, Naman Tiwari, Pratham Maheshwari, Murugan Abhishek, P Vignesh, Sachin Dhas, Pratham Jachak, Kartik, Abhigyan Kundu, Nishanth S, Prem under the leadership of Priyanshu Moliya.

India D, led by captain Uday Saharan and vice-captain Dheeraj Gowda, is a mix of talent from different regions and cricket associations, including Rudra Mayur Patel, Sahil Parakh, Anurag Kawade, Dhanush Gowda, Deependra Singh, Lakshya Sherawat, Manan Bhat, Nutun, Vikalp Tiwari, Ashirwad Swain, Sreeraj Pattanaik, Jayanth Goyat.

The round-robin format will see each team playing against the other three, with matches scheduled for November 3, 5, and 7.

The fixtures are as follows:

November 3, 2023: India A vs India B at Ground 1

November 3, 2023: India C vs India D at Ground 2

November 5, 2023: India C vs India B at Ground 1

November 7, 2023: India A vs India C at Ground 1

November 7, 2023: India B vs India D at Ground 2

The tournament will culminate in a thrilling third-place play-off, which is scheduled for November 9, 2023.
