Release Date Of In The Soop: Friendcation
On July 22 at 9 p.m. as per KST and at 8 a.m. as per ET, the first episode of the miniseries “In The Soop: Friendcation” will air worldwide. Episodes 2 to 4 will be released on July 29, August 5, and August 12, respectively.
Thereafter, episodes will be released every Friday. All episodes will air on TV at 9 p.m. KST (8 a.m. ET) with a delayed internet broadcast.
Where To Watch In The Soop: Friendcation
While the show will be aired internationally via the streaming service Disney+, Korean residents will be able to watch it on the television channel JTBC.
Every week, following their initial TV airings, the episodes will be made accessible on Disney+ at a delayed broadcast time of 11 p.m. as per KST and 12 p.m. as per ET.
Plot Of The Show
A spin-off of HYBE’s entertainment reality series “In The Soop: Friendcation” exposes the lives of celebrities who take a break from their hectic careers on a grand stage to relax and find solace in the countryside.
In the show, the members of Wooga Squad will share their vacation tales. The five buddies were shown sitting next to one another across from a bright window in the official teaser poster for the program.
According to the program’s theme, “In The Soop: Friendcation” would depict a relaxing vacation “between daily life and rest,” during which time the greatest stars will don casual attire and a natural makeup-free appearance.
What Is Wooga Squad?
The five musicians are close friends in real life, and they have long been regarded as one of the most well-known friendship groups in the industry.
The most renowned and well-known friendship group in Korean entertainment is The Wooga Squad. It features one of the most famous celebrities in the industry including Park Seo-Joon (33), Peakboy (33), Choi Woo-Shik (32), Park Hyung-Sik (30), and V from BTS (26).
Park Seo-Joon was instrumental in the formation of the squad. During the filming of their 2016 drama “Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth,” the actor made friends with Park Hyung-Sik and V from BTS. Then he introduced them to Choi Woo-Shik and Peakboy and they all become a group.
