Harbhajan Singh has for quite some time been seen aligning with anti-Indian forces in a bid to peddle his agenda in the country by supporting Bhindranwale
Ever since the Narendra Modi lead government has been in power in India, a section of the society has been trying everything at its disposal to create an environment of chaos and anarchy in the country.
Farmer Protests Try To Tarnish Indian Government’s Image
Violent and crass protests have engulfed India across the last couple of years with the left driven section of politicians and society sparing no expense to try and bring down the BJP lead government. Being clobbered in their skewed intentions owing to the gargantuan development being carried out by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in India, the opposition has resorted to malicious means.
Joining the long list of vested protests has been the farmer protest, one which has seen people from Punjab protest under the garb of farmers. Blocking Delhi’s borders since the last six months, these elements have left no stone unturned to unfurl mayhem in the capital in a bid to tarnish the PM’s name.
Despite having no solid logic or reasoning behind their protests against the New Farmer Bills, this crowd lead by Rakesh Tikait has continued to indulge in maligning the country. The unsavoury images which unravelled on the Republic Day back in January were a testament to the notorious nature of the protests as they bombarded the Red Fort and took down the country’s flag.
Harbhajan Singh, old Indian cricketer has been actively throwing his weight behind these protests as well. He was seen doing the same on the anniversary of the Blue Star operation as he took to Instagram to glorify Khalistani Jamail Bhindranwale.
Harbhajan Singh Glorifies Khalistani Jamail Singh Bhindranwale
Harbhajan Singh had paid tribute to Jamail Singh Bhindranwale and others who were killed inside the Golden Temple during Operation Blue Star in 1984. The operation was carried out by the Indian Army who entered the Golden Temple to eradicate the terrorists who wanted to carve a different state for Sikhs led by Bhindranwale.
Singh’s post which had an image of Bhindranwale had gone onto read, “Salute to the martyrs.” Written in Punjab, his post also said, “Heartfelt tribute to those martyred in Operation inside Shri Harmandir Sahib on June 1- June 6, 1984”.
Harbhajan Singh Issues Apology
Ensuing his post, Harbhajan had been berated by a large section of the Indian society with many hitting out at the spinner for backing a person who had tried to break apart India. And in a bid to try to control the ever increasing damage and save face, Harbhajan has now gone onto apologise.

It hardly looks like a sincere apology with Singh claiming he had posted a WhatsApp forward without reading it.
Harbhajan Asks For COVID Donation For Shahid Afridi’s organisation
This isn’t the first time though that Harbhajan has indulged in inexplicable antics though. The cricketer had taken to social media outlets in 2020 to ask Indians to donate to Shahid Afridi’s organisation during the COVID pandemic along with Yuvraj Singh.
Upon being belittled by Indians for asking for support for a man who persistently slandered India, Harbhajan had issued an apology back then as well.
