The relationship status of Wanda Nara and Mauro Icardi

Wanda revealed that the couple had divorced in September after nine years of marriage. Later, in October, the 35-year-old Argentine beauty was spotted kissing rapper L-Gante.  However, the 35 years Wanda and 29 years Icardi recently had a dramatic reconciliation in the Maldives.

While on loan from French club Paris Saint-Germain to Turkish team Galatasaray, the striker shared a picture of the couple holding hands in the shower on Instagram. Wanda watched as Icardi passionately embraced her while wearing a stunning green bikini.

FIFA World Cup 2022: Icardi could not make it to the final 26 players Team Argentina

Mauro Icardi no longer possesses the form that made him a success with Inter in Italy. Given this circumstance, it was very challenging for Lionel Scaloni to place him higher than players like Lionel Messi (PSG), Lautaro Martnez (Inter), Angel Di Maria (Juventus), Angel Correa (Atletico Madrid), Julián Alvarez (Manchester City), or Paulo Dybala (Roma). Argentina’s 26-man World Cup roster for Qatar in 2022 was therefore not shocking to its fans.

Argentina beat Mexico in the group stage.

Argentina, led by Lionel Messi, was in danger of being knocked out of the World Cup until they defeated Mexico 2-0 at the Lusail Iconic Stadium in Qatar. Argentina, the South American champions, were then on course to go to the round of 16.

In the 64th minute, Messi displayed a flash of brilliance by sending the ball low into the corner of the net from 20 yards out against a tenacious, tough Mexico team that had been troubling Argentina all game. Enzo Fernandez scored his country’s first goal with a stunning curling effort in the 87th minute to secure the necessary three points for the team.
