Career
Ziyech signed a contract with Dutch team Heerenveen in 2012 to start his professional career. He joined Twente, another Dutch club, two years later. In 2016, he agreed to a five-year deal with Ajax, reported costing โฌ11 million. In the Eredivisie, Ziyech’s 2018โ19 season was his most fruitful one yet with 16 goals and 13 assists. In 2020-21 season, Ziyesh moved to Chelsea.

Due to his Moroccan ancestry and Netherlands birth, Hakim Ziyech was qualified to represent either the Netherlands or Morocco at the international level. He participated in the under-19, under-20, and under-21 Dutch national junior teams. At the senior level, he decided to play for Morocco. In May 2015, he was given his first call-up to the senior team for friendlies against Latvia and the United States.
