The footballer Gonzalo Montiel has been accused of aggravated sexual abuse by a model who filed a complaint before the Argentine justice system.
According to Raquel Hermida, the victim’s attorney, the claimed incident constituted sexual abuse with penetration escalated by a number of individuals at the player’s home on January 1, 2019, during Montiel’s birthday celebration.

The victim, who apparently faced threats from Montiel’s inner circle, including his mother, when she went to register the assault complaint, was unable to recollect how she got home or how many people were part of the abuse.
The victim had a brief connection with Montiel, who took her to his party, where she passed out after two drinks despite not consuming alcohol.
