WHEN IS THE LIVESTREAM FOR GENSHIN IMPACT 3.1?
The Genshin Impact version 3.1 livestream special programme preview is scheduled to begin at 02:00 PT, 4:00 ET, and 10:00 – 12:00 BST on September 17.
This information is provided by reputable Twitter leaker Plusleleaks. They assert that it will be included in the Hoyoverse Tokyo Games Show appearance planned on September 17 from 18:00 to 20:00 JST.
Hoyoverse will attend the Tokyo Games Show, that much is certain, but as of this writing, a preview of version 3.1 has not been guaranteed. The chapter’s release date of September 28th, however, has already been set.

Candace, Nilou, and Cyno are the banner characters in Genshin Impact update 3.1. Hoyoverse announced these on Twitter, which served as confirmation of these. Cyno and Nilou have five stars according to Zeniet, whereas Candace gets four stars.
By cutting 3.0 by a week, 3.1 will be released just in time for Genshin Impact’s second anniversary, which will feature some special events.
HoYoverse gave out a total of 10 pulls for anniversary incentives the year before, and players are hoping that they have learned from their mistakes. Following a significant response, players were granted more pulls and a special glider.
According to recent speculations, the anniversary this year would feature a sign-in event with different awards for each day. Additionally, the upcoming live stream will delve further into the three previously revealed characters, Candace, Cyno, and Nilou.
They will be dispersed over the two banner cycles and are all confirmed for the next release. New Electro polearm character Cyno is anticipated to appear in the update’s first section.
