Gizmo from Gremlins’ release in MultiVersus has been delayed a little bit, and the game’s director has provided information on the new release date
Thanks to Morty’s introduction, Season 1 of the absurd fighting game has been wonderful thus far. Even though Morty is already one of the game’s most well-known characters, there are still many intriguing newcomers to look forward to, such as Rick’s eccentric grandfather.

Later on, Rick will be added to the lineup, and the cutest Gremlin will follow in just a few days.
WHEN WILL GIZMO BE AVAILABLE IN MULTIVERSUS?
On September 8th, at 10:00 PT, 13:00 ET, and 18:00 BST, Gizmo from Gremlins will be made available in MultiVersus.
Although he was originally scheduled to arrive on September 6, his visit was only postponed by two days. The timings shown above are the customary update times, as we recently saw with Morty.
Reliable leaker AisulMV asserts that he is worth 2,000 Gold instead of 3,000 in regards to price. No skins have been disclosed, and Stripe is a different release, according to Player1stGames.
Tony Huynh, the game’s director, has revealed some brief insights, but the patch notes for Gizmo’s introduction in MultiVersus have not yet been released.
Gizmo’s combat style hasn’t been much in evidence so yet. The brevity of the teaser in the Tweet mentioned above is all we have to go on. Gizmo appears to be able to protect himself by slipping into a box. Apart from that, Gizmo should primarily be a defensive combatant.

That is unless Player First Games decides to draw influence from Gremlins 2. In case you forgot, Gizmo essentially took on the role of Rambo in that film, using a bow and creeping through vents. It’s possible that we could see some of this interpretation incorporated into Gizmo’s moves in MultiVersus.
Whether Gizmo and Stripe will fight separately is one query that has come up quite a bit lately. Strangely, despite Gizmo being the first to be launched, Stripe was revealed first. These are two separate characters, just like Rick and Morty, the developers have verified.
