Genshin Impact version 3.0 will be updated and maintained on August 23 at 15:00 PDT, 18:00 EST, and 23:00 BST for the UK.
According to a blog post on Hoyoverse, maintenance will take place throughout all of the above hours on August 24 starting at 06:00 UTC+8. You won’t be able to log into the game, like with prior fixes.

The Genshin Impact update 3.0 release time and start time are August 23 at 20:00 PDT and 23:00 EST and August 24 at 4:00 BST for the UK.
