Kuki Shinobu, Arataki Itto’s sidekick, is another highly anticipated character among Genshin Impact players. The gang leader appears to be afraid of Shinobu and avoids tampering with her.

Yelan And Kuki Shinobu Set To Release In Genshin Impact 2.7 As Per The Leaks
According to prominent leaker Lumie, during the first phase of the 2.7 update, Yelan will be playable as a five-star character. Her character model leaks have already confirmed that she is a bow user, with the Kirin Bow possibly serving as her signature weapon.
Despite having the ability to intimidate an explosive five-star character like Itto, Kuki Shinobu will be a four-star in Genshin Impact. Lumie expects her banner to be available during the second phase of the 2.7 update.
So far, the lore hasn’t revealed much about Yelan and Kuki Shinobu. While the former is a completely unknown character, the latter is a law student from Liyue who later joined the Arataki gang.
Kuki Shinobu Expected To Come With Arataki Itto Rerun In Genshin Impact 2.7
Following Lumie’s leaks, players are hypothesising on the banner pattern in the upcoming updates for HoYoverse’s action RPG.
Given that Yelan’s banner will be available in the first phase, it stands to reason that an Arataki Itto rerun banner will be available in the second phase of the 2.7 update. Players would like to see the Arataki gang’s deputy (Kuki Shinobu) and leader (Itto) under the same banner.
Furthermore, if Yelan and Kuki Shinobu are the new characters for patch 2.7, it is safe to assume that Heizou will not appear until patch 2.8. He is a four-star character from Inazuma and may appear in the Kazuha rerun banner. Genshin Impact 2.7 is set to drop on May 15.
