The winners list of the Genie Music Awards 2022 have already been announced and have become a major topic of discussion
For the first time in three years, the Genie Music Awards were presented in front of a live audience on November 8 at Incheon’s Namdong Gymnasium.
The red carpet and planned live broadcast of the award event, however, were scrapped in light of the recent tragedy in Itaewon. Instead, the program was taped to be broadcast at a later time.

The Genie Music-produced awards ceremony honored the finest songs that were released between October 1, 2021, and October 5, 2022. The renowned event saw several international K-pop powerhouses receive the respect they deserved.
A large number of Korean artists were invited to the ceremony to accept honors in recognition of their accomplishments over the previous year. Although many artists were nominated, only a select number were able to win the prize.

Winners Of Genie Music Awards 2022
Genie Music Awards 2022, the annual music awards event highlighting South Korean musicians is organized by Genie Music in collaboration with MBC Plus, Genie Music’s partner network.
The judges’ ratings and online voting from South Korean websites, together with the chart data from the Genie Music platform, are utilized to choose the nominations and winners.
This year, NCT DREAM received three Daesangs, or grand awards, of which two were selected by digital scores provided by Genie Music and the other two by the judges’ assessments. The group got the Top Artist award in addition to the Top Album award for their third studio album, “Glitch Mode.”
Lim Young Woong received awards for “Our Blues, Our Life,” the top song, the Male Solo Artist prize, and the Genie Music Popularity prize. Additionally, Lim Young Woong received the Genie Music Popularity award.
