French Montana recently accomplished a significant feat with his song “Unforgettable”.

French Montana Brief Bio
French Montana was born in the year 1984 in Casablanca, Morocco and is aged 37. Montana spent the first 13 years of his life at the family estate outside of Casablanca.
He states that soccer and rap were his two favourite childhood pastimes before he later started playing basketball.
French Montana And Cocaine City Records
French Montana used the stage name Young French when he first started out as a combat rapper. After taking inspiration from the then-popular Smack DVD series, French and his close friend Cams produced Cocaine City in 2002, a series of street DVDs.
Montana received a significant break in 2009 when he joined Akon’s Konvict Muzik record label. Sadly, nothing significant came out of the agreement, and he soon decided to leave Akon’s deal after two years. He later signed with Diddy’s Bad Boy Records instead.
He went on to achieve his first major success with the song “Choppa Choppa Down” in 2010. French Montana then released his first official studio album titled “Excuse My French” in the year 2013.
The album was a huge success, peaking at #1 on the US R&B/Hip-Hop and US Rap charts. It also hit #4 on the Billboard 200 chart and #11 in Canada.

In 2017, Montana travelled to Uganda to record the music video for “Unforgettable.” While travelling there, he got involved in charity work, helping to generate $500,000 to build the Suubi hospital. More than 300,000 Ugandans use the Suubi hospital.
French Montana received the title of Global Citizen Ambassador in 2018 following his humanitarian work in Uganda, an East African nation. He was the first rapper to receive the distinction.

French’s music video for “The Gifted” starred his friend and artist, The Weeknd. The video notably featured the tigers, Ike and Tina. However, the rapper revealed in 2014 that he had abandoned the two tigers not long after obtaining them. He had done so because of the challenges of feeding and caring for the creatures.

According to celebrity net worth, French Montana purchased an 8,000 square-foot Calabasas home in 2016 for $3.3 million. He later sold it in September 2021 for $5 million.
More recently, French Montana invested $8.42 million in a house in Hidden Hills, California, in December 2020. NBA player Paul George sold him the house. His total net worth is at $22 million and he is a Muslim by religion.
