April 2 2025: Free-to-play football video game UFL announced the release of Patch 0.63, a significant gameplay update that will be launched globally in-game after 8:00 UTC on April 3rd.
Since its release in late 2024, UFL has quickly gained strong traction among players, driven by an open and ongoing dialogue with the community. The development team continues to deliver regular updates and new content, actively responding to player feedback and community input.
This update is another stage in UFL’s ongoing evolution, created to deliver a more engaging, balanced, and enjoyable football experience.
The first major change of Patch 0.63 is the start of a new season. The new season in UFL arrives with a series of significant adjustments aimed at improving the player experience and refining the competitive structure.
All players will be redistributed across divisions based on their performance in the first season. This helps maintain competitive balance and gives everyone a fair starting point.
One of the key updates is the introduction of a reworked division system — now consisting of 19 tiers. All users will be reassigned to a division based on their final position in the first season. Upon placement, players will receive a reward for entering their new division, along with additional rewards for all lower divisions they’ve surpassed.
Team rosters have also been updated to reflect recent real-world transfers: some players have left their clubs, while new ones have joined. In line with these changes, selected footballers have received adjusted ratings and prices to better represent their current form. Players removed from the game will be automatically compensated with CP.
The update also introduces several technical improvements designed to enhance gameplay stability and overall comfort.
The UFL and adidas partnership, announced in 2024, enters a new phase with a fresh collaboration: players can look forward to the adidas HYPERCHARGED Team Pass. The collaboration with adidas returns with a new wave of exclusive content. Team Pass in UFL is a time-limited in-game progression system: by completing objectives and earning SP, players advance through the levels and unlock unique rewards — including items inspired by adidas’ legacy and modern design, such as the adidas HYPERCHARGED arena, adidas Neon Goals Kit, adidas Goals Kit, adidas More Goals Kit, adidas F50 Neon Goals, adidas Predator Goals, and adidas Neon Goals Tango. Among them the legendary adidas Tango ball and the opportunity to add top stars like Dybala, Martínez, Tomori, and more — a total of 24 players with the option to add three to your squad. Additionally, throughout the Team Pass, there will be an opportunity to earn three unique club emblems. Starting from April 16th, players will have access to even more branded rewards.
As part of the new season, which will run until September, UFL is introducing exciting new features including TOTM (Team of the Month), PvE Quests, an updated Perk System, Cooperative Play in Ranked Mode, and much more.
Commenting on the latest gameplay update, Strikerz Inc.’s CEO Eugene Nashilov said:
“Releasing regular updates is a key part of our development strategy for UFL, and we are dedicated to continuously working towards providing our community with a memorable experience. It’s rewarding to see how the game evolves and improves, and we appreciate the valuable feedback from our community, which helps shape the game alongside us. 2025 is fully packed with events, game modes, new content and features, so stay tuned.”
