As per tradition, players were split into two groups and one group took on the tough south course while another group took on the relatively easier north course. The difference in difficulty of these two courses was quite clear as the players averaged 2.90 shots under par while south course witnessed an average of 0.78 shots over par.
In round-2 the groups will take on the alternate course. For example: the group who played at north course in round 1 will play at south course in round 2. Hence, big changes can be expected in the leader board after round 2. Players will battle it out to make the cut for final rounds on day-3 and day-4.
