Singapore Grand Prix 2023 track specifications

The Marina Bay Circuit will host the upcoming Formula One race weekend. The Marina Bay is one of the most grueling events on the F1 calendar due to its turbulent roadway surface and humid weather. Drivers have to hammer the wheel hard around the bends on the high-speed lap as well.

Although a revised 2023 layout reduced the number of bends from 23 to 19, it is still very demanding. In fact, the physical strain from driving this track causes drivers to lose up to 3 kg of body weight. According to reports, the numerous narrow and crooked areas in the third sector have been eliminated from this yearโ€™s track. A long and straight track has replaced these bends.
