On Thursday, February 23, Shakir’s Bahrain International Circuit, which is hosting the race for the first time, will open preseason testing for the Formula 1 2023 season.
Before the start of the season, teams must test their new components and modifications to their cars in F1. Before the season starts, the majority of constructors focus on improving the car’s reliability.
After the introduction of a new ground-effect floor, front and rear wings, and 18-inch tyres with winglets in 2022, there were no significant changes to Formula 1 in the following season. Teams must modify their floor designs for the upcoming season.

During F1 testing, drivers can spend hours with their vehicles. Even though they get to practise driving for hours, rookie drivers on the grid benefit from this experience.
The engineers also get benefited by collecting data on how the car performs.
F1 preseason testing date, time
The three-day pre-season event will be attended by all 10 teams, giving them time to work on and perfect their new cars for the next season until February 25.
The F1 testing will take place at Sakir each day from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM local time. Sakir is a night-racing circuit.
Defending champions Red Bull Racing, Mercedes, Alpine, Haas F1, McLaren, Aston Martin, AlphaTauri, Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, and Williams are among the constructors that will compete this season.
The Bahrain Grand Prix, which will be held at the same location from March 3-5, will serve as the opening race of the F1 2023 season.

2023 F1 testing Live TV broadcasting and streaming:
F1 TV will live stream the 2023 F1 Testing. There is no information on F1 testing being shown live on television in India.
The F1 organisers announced on their website that F1 TV Pro will be available to customers for Rs 399 per month or Rs 2,999 for the entire season.
For first-time subscribers, F1 is furthermore offering a free seven-day trial.
The F1 coverage includes pre- and post-race analysis, access to all 20 drivers’ team radio channels, live telemetry, and onboard cameras. Viewers can also view archival footage of legendary sports moments.
