The Quarry video game is now available, but unlike The Dark Pictures Anthology with Little Hope and House of Ashes, there is no free-to-play co-op friend’s pass
According to critics, Supermassive Games’ latest horror experience is just as amazing — if not better – than Until Dawn. It stars a slew of amazing performers you’ll recognize from films and television shows, and part of the pleasure is seeing these superstars die in horrifying ways.
Unfortunately, you cannot bring a friend to this gorefest for free.
Why Is The Quarry Game Not Free To Play With A Friend In Multiplayer Mode
IS IT FREE TO PLAY IN THE QUARRY?
The Quarry video game does not have a free multiplayer co-op mode.
This is because, unlike House of Ashes, Little Hope, and Man of Medan, there is no Friend’s Pass. The Dark Pictures Anthology Friend’s Pass from Supermassive Games users can download a free trial and then obtain an invitation to the full game from a friend who has completely purchased the experience.
It’s a one-time deal, but it’s a fantastic co-op incentive. Unfortunately, The Quarry does not have such a feature at the moment.
House of Ashes didn’t get the Friend’s Pass until 3 months after it was released, thus it’s probable The Quarry will get one after launch as well. However, there is no guarantee that it will.

However, The Quarry is an online immersive horror game that will have you on the edge of your seat as you try to help the individuals survive the night. Players must make difficult decisions that affect the plot and connections, and some decisions spell the difference between winning and losing.
