She wanted to be in the limelight and Wycombe Wanderers were more than willing to give Katie her moment of fame.
With the club not enduring the best of campaigns in the 2021/22 season, a Wycombe Wanderers female supporter decided to offer the club some much needed incentive. Taking to Twitter before her side’s encounter with Morecambe, the female fan in question tweeted about how she’ll take her b**bs out and streak on the roof if her side manages to even pull off a draw from the contest.
Much to her heart’s joy, Wycombe spurred on by her promise went onto not only accrue a point but win the seven goal thriller. The edge of the seat thriller saw Wycombe 4-3 on the day as the side showed immense fight and character to pull off the three points.

And ensuing the win, Wycombe Wanderers were quick to remind Katie of her promise. The club replied to the fan’s tweet with “Good evening Katie,” before going onto unfortunately delete the tweet.
While her side managed to deliver the goods, Katie has decided to keep her under wraps, a decision which is bound to have hurt those associated with Wycombe.
The 4-3 win against Morecambe saw Wycombe keep their 100% record at home this season intact. The hosts went down early as Alfie McCalmont struck inside the opening three minutes before his second saw the visitors head into the second half the better of the two sides.
However, the hosts managed to overhaul their underachieving form come the second 45 minutes with Thompson scoring a late winner for his side.
