Erling Haaland was born on July 21, 2000, to father Alf-Inge Haaland and mother Gry Marita Braut in Leeds, England. His dad Alf-Inge Haaland was playing for Leeds United in the Premier League at that time, while his mother was a housewife.
In 2004, at three years old, he moved to Bryne, Norway. Alongside playing football since the beginning, Haaland participated in different games as a youngster, including handball, golf, and athletics.
