First Episode: The New Dawn

Mercedes dominated Formula 1 for the better part of a decade, but the new regulations’ “porpoising” [bouncing] has caused them some trouble.

While Mick Schumacher enters his second season in Formula 1, Haas team principal and Drive to Survive star Guenther Steiner is expecting more from him.
Fourth Episode: Matter Of Principalย
As the season goes on, the pressure on Ferrari team manager Mattia Binotto increases as the Italian outfit enjoys incredible highs and self-inflicted lows.
Fifth Episode: Hot Seat
Red Bull starts to put greater pressure on Sergio Perez as his colleague pulls away at the front of the pack, which results in the Mexican driver winning in Monaco. Later in the season, it is revealed that Perez and Verstappen had a falling out as a result of the qualifying spin that helped Perez win the pole.
Sixth Episode: Pardon My French
Although contract disputes in Formula 1 are nothing new, the conflict between McLaren and Alpine was exceptional. Both teams will be vying to sign renowned F2 winner Oscar Piastri. Fernando Alonso disclosed his unexpected move to Aston Martin in the midst of this after Sebastian Vettel announced his retirement.
Seventh Episode: Nice Guys Finish Last
Since joining McLaren, Daniel Ricciardo has experienced difficulties, and despite being a well-liked figure, the Australian driver is battling for a spot in the starting lineup.
Eighth Episode: Alpha Male
As the youthful Yuki Tsunoda enters his second season and Pierre Gasly prepares to venture out and leave the Red Bull family for the first time in his career, things are changing at Red Bull’s junior club Alpha Tauri.
Ninth Episode: Over The Limit
Perhaps the season’s high point was derailed when allegations that Red Bull had exceeded its cost cap budget began to spread. Get the popcorn ready for this one because Christian Horner is going to be furious.
Tenth Episode: End Of The Road
As the season came to an end at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the Mercedes W13 was highlighted and the team was eager to move on. Furthermore, Sebastian Vettel retires and Mick Schumacher and Daniel Ricciardo lose their seats at Haas and McLaren, respectively.
Season 6 Has Been Announced
Netflix has already picked up the docuseries for a sixth season after season 5. Netflix and Formula 1 officially announced on May 5, 2022, that their collaboration would continue for seasons 5 and 6.
Season 6 of Drive to Survive is scheduled to debut in February 2024.
