About
The story of the movie revolves around Karam, a successful voice artist who had been masquerading as a girl on the phone. However, this time, his secret is exposed, causing his life to take a drastic turn.
Isolated by his family and friends, he loses his job and must embark on a fresh start. Yet, Karam isn’t one to surrender easily. He fights back to redeem his reputation and begins a new journey as a voice artist, this time being transparent about his identity. The film delves into the repercussions of him revealing the truth to society, his family, and his girlfriend.
OTT Release
The release of “Dream Girl 2” on OTT platforms is shrouded in secrecy, but it has undoubtedly generated great anticipation. Rumor has it that Zee5 has secured the digital rights to the movie, with an expected release date on the platform in early October.
While some other reports suggest that the movie will be available to stream online on the streaming giant Netflix. However, at the time of writing this article there is no official confirmation, so we still have to wait to know the OTT release platform.
Earlier, in a lucrative deal, the satellite rights for “Dream Girl 2” have been sold for a staggering 30 crores to Colors TV Enterprises Limited. While specifics remain under wraps, this development marks a significant achievement for Zee TV and leaves them with the option to broadcast it on special occasions.
Raaj Shaandilyaa, who directed the original “Dream Girl” film, is once again taking the helm for the highly awaited sequel, “Dream Girl 2.” Balaji Motion Pictures, a prominent player in the Hindi cinema industry, has produce this comedic entertainer.

For unversed, the comedy genre movie was released in theatres on August 25, 2023 leaving fans and critics in awe. The film has grossed an impressive amount of Rs. 132.6 crores worldwide and even managed to ranked 10th highest-grossing Hindi film of 2023.
