The doctor and Buzbee are allegedly trying to take advantage of Primo and ruin his career because the doctor never told him that during their sessions, his genitalia was protruding from his gym shorts.

Former Spurs psychologist Hillary Cauthen has sued the Spurs and Josh Primo and is filing a criminal complaint over alleged incidents involving indecent exposure by Primo, alleging Primo exposed himself nine times to her beginning in December 2021 and the franchise failed to act.

What does Dr Hillary Cauthen say?
In a lawsuit filed on Thursday morning, a former clinical psychologist with the San Antonio Spurs claims that the franchise ignored her repeated reports of indecent exposure by Joshua Primo, the 2021 lottery pick who was dismissed by the team last week.
Primo allegedly exposed himself to Dr Hillary Cauthen nine times in total, according to the lawsuit. The first incident is said to have happened in December 2021 at a therapy session with Primo and was reported to Spurs management in January 2022.
The case, which was filed in Texas, claims that the Spurs disregarded Dr Cauthen’s allegations in favour of ignoring her objections and then covering up Primo’s misdeeds. The Spurs management was prepared to give up Dr Cauthen to keep the player they felt would one day become a star.
Primo’s lawyer, William J. Briggs, refuted the charges in a statement.
Briggs’ statement said that Dr Cauthen, who is 40 years old, falsely alleges Josh Primo exposed himself to her during her multiple therapy sessions in an act of betrayal towards her young client. Dr Cauthen’s claims are either wholly false, greatly exaggerated, or pure fiction.
Josh Primo was unaware that his private parts were showing outside of his workout shorts and never exposed himself to her or anybody else. The fact that Dr Cauthen never told her patient about the alleged exposure makes the accusations even less convincing. Mr Primo trusted Dr Cauthen as a therapist and as his source of mental health care. She is considerably older than Mr Primo and has worked as a sports psychologist for a long time. Why she did not bother to inform her patient that his privates were exposed under his shorts is puzzling.
Moreover, Buzbee claims that Primo has exposed himself to other women in addition to the doctor.
