Recap Of Doctor Cha Episode 3
In the third episode, Jeong0suk was sure that she wouldn’t get hired. On her husband’s advice, she decides to take a vacation and leave for the airport with him. They drove together, and the couple discussed the difficulties they are facing while she gets a job with her ageing.
She continues to be fortunate as one of the recently assigned residents fled just before starting his three years of required military service. Seung-hi assigns Jeong-suk to the In-ho surgery department. There, the two encounter each other for the first time and are shocked by what they discover.
One of the professors who recently started working at the hospital, Roy Kim, is thinking about taking a full-time job. In-ho asks for their marital status to be kept private. Oddly, after spending a lot of time working on the same subject, Roy and Jeong-suk speak to one another on the same day.
When the pair is at home, In-ho decides to set some ground rules. He says he won’t treat her any differently from anyone else. Although Jung-min establishes similar restrictions, he is not as strict with them. He merely wants to maintain their privacy.
Since Roy Kim, the department heads, and the newly arrived residents are all new, the hospital administration decides to host a dinner for them.
Roy Kim keeps an eye on Jeong-suk during all of this and realises how good a drinker she is. In-ho receives criticism for not drinking in the midst of everything.
The hospital’s director commends him for having the courage to donate his liver and asks how his wife is doing. Instead of correcting any of them, he decides to accept the story as it is. Roy Kim is surprised by the way things have turned out as he attentively monitors everything that is happening.
They ask Jeong-suk about her husband as they get close to her, and she says right away, “He’s dead.” While Jung-min burns his palm on the grill, In-ho spits out his drink angrily. The stunning conclusion of the episode leaves the audience waiting in suspense.
