Cristiano Ronaldo Injury Update, History, Return Date, Other Injured Players At Manchester United
Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo picked up a new injury during training which forced the 36-year old forward to leave the training ground early on Thursday.
The hip injury was not that grave and Ronaldo dealt with it rather quickly, but it turns out that a fresh knock in training session caused the Portuguese star to head back home early.
Man United’s doctors examined Ronaldo’s injury before he was sent home early on Thursday, and it turns out that he will most likely be absent for the club’s Premier League clash with Villa on Saturday.
Manchester United are currently placed 7th in the League and Ronaldo has openly aired out his frustration towards the club’s lacklustre performances in recent times. He wants to give it his all to make sure that United end the season with a place in the top 4 spots in the League. But his recent thigh injury has posed new problems for the Devils and it remains to be seen when they can have the Portuguese legend back in action.
