Australia has been phenomenal in this competition so far. After the end of day three, the Aussie took their medal count to 52 overall out of which 32 medals have come from swimming only. On day three, Australia completely dominated in swimming which bagged them multiple medals.

In the women’s 50m freestyle, Australia swept their opponents by securing 1-2-3 positions. Emma McKeon secured her record 11th gold in the Commonwealth Games. The second and third positions were secured by Meg Harris and Shayna Jack.
England is in the second position on the medal table with 33 medals won after the end of day three.
Whereas New Zealand sits in the third position with a total of 19 medals won’t after the end of the third day.

Talking about India, it was indeed, a great display of performance from the Indian weightlifters as Jeremy Lalrinnunga and Anchita Sheuli bagged two gold for India in men’s 67kg and 73kg categories. So far all six medals for India have come on the account of weightlifters.

England is in second (2144) with the most medals and Canada in the third spot with 1555 medals won so far in this competition.
