After an absence of one and a half years, Parineeti Chopra is back on the big screen with the spy thriller Code Name Tiranga, know the budget and collection
It is directed by Ribhu Dasgupta and supported by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Reliance Entertainment.

The censor board granted it UA certification on October 4th, and the film’s running time is 137.05 minutes (2hrs 17min 05secs). In addition to Parineeti Chopra and Sharad Kelkar, other actors who appear in the film include Rajit Kapur, Shefali Shah, and Dibyendu Bhattacharya.
Day 1 Of Box Office Collection
Since the release of Kesari in March 2019, Parineeti’s films Jabariya Jodi, Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar, and Saina have all struggled at the box office. Additionally, Tiranga appears to be a failure given the lack of interest the public has in the film.
On Friday, it had an overall occupancy rate of just 8.22%; the trends for the morning, noon, evening, and night shows were essentially unchanged. Code Name: Tiranga has had a start of 15L at the box office, according to box office tracker Rohit Jaiswal, who posted the information on Twitter.
Clash With Doctor G And Kantara-Hindi
Doctor G and Kantara-Hindi clashed with Parineeti’s movie because, while the latter already had a successful run at the box office in its native format, the former boasts a prominent celebrity with the face value. Both movies will in some way draw large numbers to the theatres. In front of the aforementioned flicks on the very first day, the audience rejects Parineeti’s movie.

Umesh Punwani of Koimoi gave the movie a 1/5 rating and described it as one of those movies you watch and keep to yourself. Saibal Chaterjee of NDTV Movies and Grace Cyril of TOI both scored it 1.5 out of 5 stars. India Times’ Archita Khurana scored the movie 2.5 out of 5 stars.
While praising Parineeti’s performance and the action sequences, critics criticised the films for their lack of research on the subject, weak screenplay, and direction. The movie has been made on a budget of Rs.25 crore.
