Get ready as the newest addition, Classroom for Heroes anime is set to release on July 9, 2023. The next day, the sitcom will air on BS NTV at an unannounced hour following its premiere on Sun TV and KBS Kyoto. On Sunday, July 2 at 8 p.m. JST, the cast of the series will host a live stream event on their YouTube and Nico Nico channel, as noted above.

Actas Studios is producing the animated series, and Keiichiro Kawaguchi is directing. The scripts are being written and supervised by Naoki Hayashi. The series’ ending theme song, Another Self, will be performed by Akane Kumada, while VTuber Kaede Higuchi will deliver the opening theme, Bravery? Naturally?

The story takes place in Rosewood Academy, an institution that prepares individuals to become heroes and save the world. Arnest Flaming, a female with the best record in the academy, is an example of the kind of high-achieving student who would be accepted. She’s been tasked with mentoring Blade, a strange but upbeat new pupil whose power startlingly matches her own.

The first book in the series appeared in Shueisha’s Dash X Bunko light novel line in January 2015. Since this volume, Morisawa has done all of the series’ illustration work. On June 23 of this year, readers in Japan can expect to receive the 14th volume.
